[Resolved]  Excitel — ONU device security refund

Address:S-10/20 Shalimar housing complex Shalimar garden ext-1 sahibabad Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh

My connection has been terminated and device submitted on September 2022 and the company has not given me a refund of Rs 2000, today it has been more than 60 days.Then I called the customer supporter what is he saying your bank details require, I ll submitted the same detail over a mail.but no response received yet.

I request the consumer complaint forum Strict action should be taken against this company.
I request the Consumers Complaint Forum to refund me 2000 rupees from this company to my bank account.
