Dear Sir/Mam,
I purchased an internet connection from the above said company "Excitel Broadband Pvt Ltd." on 24th of Mar 2022 and deposit a sum of INR 2000/- (Two Thousand Indian Rupees) as deposit money for the router. After one year on 25th of Mar 2023 I got disconnected my internet connection due to shifting my residence.
They disconnected my connection and the company's executive took my router saying that the company will refund me the deposit money for the router within 60 days.
Now it has been almost 7 months from then but I have still not received my deposit money. I contacted them many times but they did not pick up phone calls when I used chat option on their website they promised to contact on my registered mobile number and pay the amount as soon as possible but they have still not paid me a single pie.
I generated tickets for support on their website but for no use,
