I was using the excital boardband connection in between the periods of my plan, and your ERP got terminated and stopped the internet service. Due to this reason, I was not able to access the internet service. Also, the device was handed over to ERP on May 28th, 2023, which has been intimated to the Excitel Help Desk over email.
Please refund my security and partial amount as soon as possible; it has been 120 days and no refund has been made. The customer service supervisor is not cooperating also i have not receiving any single call from your end.
Please do it as soon as possible.
