Initially I thought that Excitel would be providing satisfactory after sales services however, I was wrong. I have received the worst services after I have received the connection. I was informed that we have connection in the same building and there is no issue from last 3 months. I was impressed. When I got the connection installed, I have faced the issue from the start.
No timely response from the technician. He is very rude. He does not acknowledge the issue. If you have the issue, you just can call and call. There is no follow up. If you complaint, they will come and fix and does not even ask if it is fixed/working or not. I have been facing internet issue often and when I am writing this it has become bizarre as I have no internet and my office work is impacted since Friday 21 July.
I have made numerous calls to the field boy and as informed, he does not know how to talk, how to behave with customers, he is just disgusting. I have paid for the monthly plan, and I am getting no internet. It's high time to switch the ISP but I wanted to complaint for the technician as there is no one here to take ownership.

- I would require the refund for the plan which I have paid this month(Rs. 824.00) as I have got many issues this month and I have not been even able to work on the office tasks. This has impacted my production and hampered my performance.
