Excitel — bad service of excitel and rude behavior of employees | |||||
I am using excitel internet connection of 50 mbps registered mobile number ([protected]) however i am getting very less download speed not even 2 mbps. I raised a ticket # 915019 on 2nd aug'18. I got a call from excitel on 3rd aug and they took some details like ping details, speed details etc. I provided them the details and they mentioned that they will send a technician to resolve the issue. No technician visited the house but they marked the ticket as closed. After that i reopened the ticket several times stating that no resolution was provided however ticket was marked as closed but every time the story remains the same. I called customer care multiple times and told them the issue but they are also not bother to get it resolved and reopen the ticket and immediately mark the ticket as closed without any resolution. Despite opening the tickets several times and calling customer care, excitel employees are so rude in closing the tickets without any resolution Was this information helpful? | |||||
