Excitel Broadband — beware of excitel broadband | |||
We have been using Excitel broadband and my internet is down since last 4 days, I have been following up with them on daily basis and every time they asking me for 24 hours time, finally they got failed to sort out this problem. Every month after paying monthly charges (I am paying Rs.810 per month), every alternate day internet stops working and when we call the customer care they saying that it will be rectified within 24 hours, even after calling them multiple times they do not have a permanent solution to fix this connectivity issue. Their aim is to only making money through this kind of business without provides the proper customer service. All the time the customer care executive say is "your issue has been raised and the services will be resumed by end of the day”. Next day again they make the same false commitment. I have made request for a refund but they are not going to do that also. Only thing is making money from customers. We almost all customers from our locality are going for to take strong legal action through consumer court to claim for the loss due to negligence of this service provider.
