I tried contacting the excitel service provider, the support team which sits in mayur vihar phase 3 due to internet outrage, however the response from them was disgusting. They asked us to wait for 5-6 hours so as to resolve the same. We were doing work from home and they were not ready to understand our urgency and even spoke to us in a very rude manner. They precisely told us that no body can come and resolve this and asked us to change the internet service in case if we want to. This is what they do everytime we ask for resolution service. Instead o[censored]nderstanding customer's urgency they are more considered towards their convenience. Such type of customer unfriendly companies makes the life worst. Would request you to take necessary action against them so that they don't carry this attitude towards all the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
