Excitel Broadband — frequent connection issues | |||||
I have installed excitel broadband in my home. Everything was working fine but now there is frequent disconnection and speed issues. They have promised for 50 mbps but speed never reached that speed even once. I do connect to customer care but they have never explained reason for frequent disconnection. I asked them to check connection line till my home but that request is closed as resolved without checking line. Very pathetic service and customer care and they always close complaint resolve even if you are asking for explanation or showing them speed screen shots. I tried to lookout for appellate but not able to find one for excitel.com. Please help me to get it rectified as i am looking for solution since july 2018.
