I am complaining about the internet connection provider exitel. I have been complaining them about the internet intermittent issue for a long time but they are not fixing it. Every day i am facing this issue. I am asking for a refund but they are not going to that also. They are making lots of argument. Also their speed not coming as per the promise made by them.

Updated by Aditya Anand they just making fake resolution. the problem never resolve. even they ask for time . and they know we can't be there always in day time so they can fix in week ends . that time also no one come to fix it.
