Excitel Broadband — internet connection problem | |||||
I am using excitel from couple of months. I have a internet break down issue since 4 days. I raised a complaint to fix and nothing is done from their end. Neither a local technician or the complaint is updated with details. Repeated calls to customer care went in vain, they gave lame excuses to justify, when asked for the local technician number. When other internet service providers are updating their nearby local technician in the app, why excitel maintains this secrecy. Even their speed is reduced and have frequent gets disconnected - when ever there is a wind, rain, high temperature (Peak summer) etc... The excitel works according to the season. For people who has work from home option, please do not take this as your reputation goes bad because of excitel. Was this information helpful? | |||||
