Excitel Broadband — no one hear about my complaint | |||||
As i am customer of excitel since 2 years.in recent days my connection does not working well, as it lost its connectivity servral time in a day. I had complaint about this to my local distributer but he has no reaction over it, sometimes he even don't pickup my calls for days. After i called to customer care, there is a 5 min wait over the telephonic conversation, after that a executive handle my call and she ensures me that it would be fixed by today. But same thing happen again after 2 days. I called again customer care And the same thing happen nothing I am just literally frustrated with this type of service. And by bad luck i had recharge my connection for 6 months in march. Please help me in getting my refund back Was this information helpful? | |||||
