Excitel Broadband — no service since 5 days | |||||
Well... Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd is just fooling around with its customer. I have been using Excitel broadband since its early days and was pretty much satisfied with its services till now. But now my internet is down since last 5 days, I have been following up with them on daily basis and everytime I call them they give me a new excuse. I even requested them couple of times if I could speak to one of there supervisor or manager but I am told that they are busy and cannot attend me as of now. I registered a complaint on their app at ( 22-Jul-2018 02:32 AM ) and also called them up immediately after that. A technician Visited me on 23rd July at around 2:00 PM on but couldn't fix it. At around 6 PM I was surprised to see they closed my ticket saying it was resolved. I immediately called them and opened the ticket. The next day on 24th nobody visited me neither I received any call from them but the ticket was closed at around 6 PM saying the matter has been resolved. I had to call them up and opened it again. On 25th they called me at 4:45 PM but I couldn't attend the call, so I called them back after an hour to check what is the status. I was told that a technician would visit me the next day on 26th at around 4 PM. Today is 26th July and nobody visited me, neither I received any call. I called them up instead at around 6 PM and there was not explanation. Really dissapointed with the services. I would like it to be resolved ASAP. I would also like to claim Rs 5000.00 per day as compensation for the inconvenience I had to face. User ID : MUK_B197 Was this information helpful? | |||||
