Excitel Broadband — Payment not received | |||||
I have buy a excitel broadband connection on 2 april 2017 and i have used this connection till 16april 2017 afterthat due to some reasons i dont want to use this connection anymore so according to company"s policy[ 1 month money back gurantee ] i have applied for cancellation of this broadband connection on 17 april 2017. And after 45 days i have n"t get money and after calling to customer care i didn't get satisficatory answer. So pls solve my problem as soon as possible and strict action should be taken against company Was this information helpful? | |||||
