Availed their services in Jan 2018. No resolution for connectivity issues since 3 months. Further irresponsible behavior of customer care. Their executives visit without prior information and valid id card of company. One of their executives took our router with him, which was purchased by us from the company, and was returned back only after 2 days of continuous chasing. Even their customer care didn't have any information of it. It was to be confirmed by them within 48 hrs which was never done. Further, when we wanted to talk to their senior on 25th July 2018 regarding connectivity issues, they insisted on calling us back as their senior was busy. That call back is pending till date. Further services were extended quoting it to be a goodwill gesture but even then there was no connectivity during the extended duration. Further numerous calls were also made to their customer care number in addition to raising tickets on their mobile application. The only thing that they did was check my router from back end and forwarding the complaint to their technical division which was of no help.
