Excitel — broadband wifi poor complaint redressal system | |||
I am having excitel broadband wi-fi installed in my home for last six months. There is an oft repeated problem of wi-fi signals going out at least 10-20 times in a day for a time period ranging from few seconds to about 2-3 minutes. I have been tolerating that and did not lodge any formal complaint. However, since today morning, my broadband wi-fi has been down and from 10 a. M. Till 6 p. M., i have repeatedly lodged 4 complaints after waiting for the requisite action for 2-3 hours. Every time, the response from the complaint centre was that we have communicated to the concerned persons and it will be repaired soon. But the whole day passed and my broadband wi-fi was not repaired. I have even lodged an online complaint through excitel app but still no action. Such a poor service from a so called reputed company like excitel is neither expected nor desirable. I am seriously thinking of changing my service provider. Dr. D. K.
