Excitel.com — constant daily spam from their network | |||
A client of theirs is sending daily spam around the world, which is against Excitel's Terms & Conditions. Have reported every single spam to them via looking up the originating IP address the email headers and forwarding to their abuse dept - as is the protocol for all reporting all spam everywhere. Excitel auto reply with a ticket ID number and state a response within 24 working hours. Have been reporting this for 7 months now, not one single response let alone within 24 hours, maybe it should read reply in 24 months or never ... ? And they clearly have done nothing about the spam as it continues to be sent out daily. It is their duty as an ISP to deal with this and deal with their client who is sending it out against their T&Cs, so why are they turning a blind eye and ignoring this issue and doing nothing?
