Excitel — Connection shifting of Broadband connection

Hi I am Nisar,

I have excitel connection from around 3 year Excite ID: Nisaras01. I have 5 months of subscription remaining and i have raised multiple Service Request # 1650539, 1640492, 1646521, 1648788, 1516146, 1626670, 1638953, 1595545 and shared the complete issue details on the connection shifting. But no one is intrested in providng the sosolution instead extel customer care closeing the Service request without providing any resolution.

I have received call from Shalini Retension team and promised that they will relocate the connection as now its possible to relocate more than 10 km from retention team and asked to attach the address details and i have attached the address details as requested.

But excitel agent Sushma has called me and said its not possible to shift the connection and when i told to transfer the call the Shalini from Retention team she put me on hold without talking to me for 16-17 mints and disconnected the call and SR are closed without any resolution SR # 1646521 and rest Service request above are closed without resolution.

Excitel is a pathetic service provider fooling Indian customer making fraud to customers.

Need help from Consumer forum on this.
