Hi Team,
I request for shifting the connect. But as per Excitel Broadband procedure . They first terminate the connection then shift to new Location.
For this I already submit Router to the Excitel centre on 28 Feb.
It’s been 80 days I’m waiting for the refund.
On 7 April I also Shared my bank details manually for refund procedure to their customer call center and they told me that they are escalating this directly to payment team .
Still I’m not getting any update or refund.
Kindly refund my Deposit money as soon as possible.
Everyday i need to call them they are saying they working on urgent basis but nothing done from their side.
I raised ticket multiple times nothing happened.
Still I raised 3 tickets.
