Excitel — Device upgrade request | |||
I got Excitel Fiber net back in the month of May when lockdown was eased a bit. I paid for an upfront 3 months plan which guarantees a speed of 100mbps. When I paid everything off, I was supplied with a single band router which doesn't even give me 20 mbps and times and the max speed it can route is 48 mbps. This is surfing speed I am talking about and not downloading speed. 1 month gone, I raised a query with Excitel to get my router upgrade as I wanted to upgrade my plan for more speed that i need. On 11 June 2020, a ticket was created to get the device upgraded. I was suggested that due to pandemic, it can take a maximum for 1 month. Understanding the situation I agreed. Its been 31 days and the issue is still unresolved. I reached them again today ie, 14 July, 20209 and they still are asking for some more time. The Customer support is not willing to quantify this "Some more time". The services are getting worse. Was this information helpful? | |||
