Excitel — Didn't refund security deposit

User name - [protected]@67ff .
I dropped my device at 16.04.23 after connection termination. But didn't receive refund till date. So many follow ups with customer care. But they are muted agents. Even they know excitel gull security deposit of 2500 rs.
