Excitel — Doing fraud by making fool to customers

I want my refund as soon possible there was new connection taken by me but it was not installed and after that company gived me another connection and the paymnt i done for that connection was not refunded by them and from last month they are making fool the executives are making fool to the people that you have to use that network also which was not installed is this the thing these companies are doing
