Die to excitel sales person (Satish) mistake, I paid Refundable deposit (2000/-) twice on 26-Nov-2020. He told that the transaction was not success and I would be getting my amount back either same day or next day; so forced me to pay it again. Also he committed that he would give cash to me, in case if both transactions are successful. But he is not responding now.
Also excitel company is not giving the update on the status of the complaint, even after multiple follow ups. No one from escalation team or refund team called me or update me by email or message till date, even after I requested customer care to arrange for it. Dragging this issue for 6 days till now.
