Hi Guys, Excitel broadband is totally a fake company, i took a plan of 700 per month and out of 30 days i faced issue nearly about 20 days. once i called to customer care they registered my complain just for formality and i asked to connect my call to seniors but trust me they will not do it infact they don't have bandwidth to provide connection and speed. so please be aware of this fraud company and don't ever think to take excitel connection. Excitel has been cheating clients by not providing internet 20 out of 30 days. They charge the full amount but don't provide full service. I have complained multiple times since Jan and no action is taken and internet has been out for more than 18 hours now. This company is a huge disgrace and do not use its services
