Updated by Vijay Bhaskar Rajappa Please don't go for this ISP, they are big cheats, they have cheated me and now after a month they have not refunded the money 2804₹. The customer care is unethical and so too is the CEO, who doesn't respond to your query, nobody will help, Go to TRAI and Ombudsman and file complaint with them. All cheated please do this. I have collected all the proof., screen shots of excitel account everyday, and transcript of chat with the customer care.
