Excitel — Excitel- Refund not issues | |
Hi, This is in reference to the ticket number 6503320. I had purchased Excitel ONU fibre plan on 11 July 2021. I paid 2000 as security deposit and 942 as per the price plan. The connection did not work even for a single day, therefore I opted for disconnection on 9th August. After 38 days, my device got collected on 16th September. Today, my ticket is pending for 50 days but my refund is still not issued. All the efforts of writing mail or contacting customer care have been in vain. They are refusing to close the ticket and provide refund. Please look into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |

I have still not received any refund. Connection has been terminated for 3 months now but they are not issuing any refund.
