At last, I had to get another company connection.
When it comes to a refund, they told me to call customer care, and on calling customer care, the customer care person says that someone or the other will contact me and there was no callback.
Till now it has been a month since all this is happening.
The customer executive is saying that the refund issue is done, talk to the bank and the bank is saying that there is no transaction or provide transaction ID and no one is providing any transaction detail to me.
