Excitel — excitel - worst internet service

I face internet (goes off) problem atleast every alternate day and slow internet speed and there is a poor customer service (If we call them at toll free number then they simply educate us to wait for 24 hours to rectify the issue, everytime they used to give the same answers, so i am fed up now, please take some action .
I told them many times that this problem comes 3-4 times every week but no one is to take it seriously and pay required attention to customer's problem.
