The worst internet company ever - do not take this service. Their connectivity is fluctuating and once it goes, it takes easily a week to resolve - after you call everyday. They do not resolve your complaint in their 2 days resolution time. Their tls or floor managers do not take your calls. They lie to you and transfer the call to the 'supposed' manager where the phone rings for 28 mins before you cut the call (It happened to me now - if someone checks the records, you will find i am not exaggerating.) the customer service executives are good as they never lose their cool and are always courteous. But what will that do when the company doesn't give their customers the importance.
They have the worst partners ever or vendors who come to install the connection - each area has a different one. I guess the one allocated for sec 62 noida is the worst. They do not take your call even when you agree on a time when they will come to house to resolve the problem. My issue is still unresolved - it's been a week. Was this information helpful? |
