Dear Sir, I got the Xtille Broadbrand connection installed in Febuary 2021 with 2000/- refundable. And in May-2021 I disconnected the connection of Excital. Even after processing Excital's refund, the payment is still not received. I call to excital channel partner then they speak for excital customer care And I call Excital customer care then they speak to channel partner.
