I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Excitel Broadband for their failure to resolve the ongoing internet service issues at my residence. This is completely unacceptable given that I am a paying customer who has invested in your 6-month, 300Mbps plan.
On July 2022, I made the full payment of ₹4, 238.00 for this plan. However, I have been experiencing consistent internet outages and connectivity problems for the past 5 days. Despite my numerous attempts to reach your customer support and technical teams, I have received no response or resolution to this matter.
The technician, with the contact number +[protected], has repeatedly refused to answer my calls. Additionally, support hotline has been completely unreachable, leaving me with no avenue to escalate this issue.
This is an unacceptable level of service from a provider that I have entrusted with my broadband needs. The lack of communication and complete failure to address my concerns is frankly fraudulent behavior.
I am, therefore, formally demanding a full refund of the ₹4, 238.00 I have paid for this 6-month plan.
I have been a loyal Excitel customer, but this experience has been tremendously disappointing. I expect a prompt remedy to this situation. Please respond at your earliest convenience.
