With lengthy and weighted promises before registration, they attracted me towards purchasing this service. I bought the 100 Mbps plan which was switched to 50 Mbps without my notice. I was randomly checking the "myExcitel" app where in I saw that the speed was reduced by 50% and even the plan was changed from 100 Mbps to 50 Mbps without me being notified. Upon reaching out to the support center, they have nothing more than an Apology to offer. I told them clearly that this is effecting my occupancy but they are least bothered. I wrote an email to the HELPDESK team with CEO in Cc and to my surprise, neither the CEO cares nor his team. It feels like I'm stuck with these worthless and wordless ## for 6 months in a row. I highly recommend those who seek broadband connection to stay miles and miles away from these ### careless ## who don't care a bit about consumer experience and are only worried about sales, because once a purchase is made then they have a new Bakra in the cell.
