Excitel — Frequent disconnection issues

I'm a excitel broadband customer since a year. Since now it's a lockdown i'm working from home. I'm facing frequent internet disconnection and when i call customer service regarding this. Either they will say it will be fixed in 24 hours or they just apologize. I wanted to contact with their higher authority. But, customer care service told they don't have the number. Now it's been more than 4 days still no action is taken. If i call customer care service they will only say it will take 24 hours to be fixed. But still not fixed. It was a hectic experience with you people. I hate this service.

It's not resolved. Why did you make it as resolved before confirming it with your customer. Guys, this Excitel people are no.1 fraud.
