I am using excitel internet connection from past 1 year with the registered number [protected] and i am not happy with the services. i am frequently facing the LOS issue. i used to complaint for this and your team promised everytime to get it resolved in 24 hours which never happened. Technician never visits or he visits after two/three of my complaint.
I am doing work from home and due to this issue i have to visit to my friends place to get my work done everytime or recharge my phone net which is very costly.
From past three days i am facing LOS issue again and your customer care team provided me only one day extra to compensate which is really not acceptable. one day compensation is not enough as 3 day internet disconnection cost me around INR 700 which is equivalent of one month charge of the service.
I am really upset with the services and the one day componsation given by your team is very absurd.it would be better if i will switch to other services because in anyways i am spending much money by recharging my phone net. Was this information helpful? |
