Excitel — From last 40 days I am having issue with internet.

Address:h-no-2-89-5/A , Dayanand Nagar Suraram Colony, IDA Jeedimetla

From last 30 days i have registeted the complaint but no one taking care of that. Just agent are making note and disconnecting the call. No proper sevice to escalate and I paid for 6 months but I am not getting any resolution
