My modem faced some technical issue, so i called them. But they were reluctant to solve my problem, thus i had to buy a new modem instead. Even after that, i continuously called them for about 12 days and every time they assured that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours, but they did not even reverted. They told me to recharge my account, i did so. Now the whole money i spent in recharge is waste as the connection is not working Was this information helpful? |
