[Resolved] Excitel — internet is not working and excitel team behave bad.

My excitel internet is not working when i call to excitel customer care +[protected] someone is picking my call and told me he cant come and cant check the internet from our end side because his duty shift is over now i m suffering from internet ... Everytime when i call he cant picking my phone and cant issue my resolve

I had taken a fiber in 14 November 2020
From that date, it is about 1.5 months ago but, it is not working and your vendor was not supporting me, and abusing and not doing their job and I already raised a complaint no. Is 4755938,
I need full refund of one year plan also need compensation for such type of service you had served me,
I attached the some ss of your wifi fiber speed below,
So, I need my full refund or otherwise I will go to consumer court and also file a complaint against that vendor,
Please take immediate action,
