Excitel — internet not access

I am rachna anshuman dubey and i stay in sector 17 gurgaon, i just got my internet connected but no access since thursday 8 pm. I have raised 2 complaints already and engineer and sales person are only confirming they will be available in some time, but they have not come till now. Worst internet provider i have known, pls tell how can i get my money back
