Excitel — Internet not working for last 2 weeks | |||
Username - pavansanghi Registered mobile - [protected] I have been reaching out to customer care for past 2 weeks but the issue not yet resolved. I tried reaching them via emails and on telephone. Everytime they say we have updated our records and over local team will reach out but no contacts back. I have also paid for yearly plan and the net is not working since August 7th. also i am not able to login to the excitel mobile app and the contact number that pops up to contact is not active Was this information helpful? | |||
