This is reply to excitel help desk as instead of compensating they are advising me to renew to avail compensation. Does that mean by paying for 30 days you will serve me 42 days or by paying for 18 days you serve me 30 days : Your deep apologies for the inconvenience caused to me would be accepted if in case you compensate me first. However, i would like to inform you that even though your concerned team started working on this since june 18, 2017 and is of no use because approx. 8 times technicians visited my home but none were able to fix it. As you mentioned will avail compensation when my account is active. So to avail compensation you must recharge my account as it has been expired since june 18, 201 because technicians couldn't fix the issues even after spending whole month on the same case. I paid on june 16 and since 18 i got issues. I paid you first to give me services. Better work around would be, you give me connection for 12 days first so i can test whether services are working properly or not, then i may decide to renew the subscription. Or else refund me the amount i paid you as per number of day's connection never worked. I'm afraid to invest rs.800 in a scam again running by excitel. Was this information helpful? | |||||
