Excitel — issue with internet then asked for refund, no response | |||||
Regular internet drop issues and no power backup from excitel, we are facing issues. We have raised several tickets to resolve internet issues but they are not at all responding. We have asked for refund as per the excitel policy for the first month and remove the internet connection. Not at all responding to the issues. Kindly refund the amount.
