Excitel — Late connection setup - fake advertisement | |||||
Excitel distributed pamplates in our area with promoting offer on broadband connection. I have raised new connection request on 02-jun-2017 and the executive come up with subscription plans and he has collected 1 month subscription rs.570. Then broad band technician came and told that he will fix the connection with in 4 days. After 4 days i have waited for 2 more days but no response from the executive and called up multiple times and no response from them. Then immediately i have contacted the excitel customer care and they immediately called to team lead and tl came and he was promised me to fix the connection by 09th june 2017 if i pay for 2 months and then i have agreed to pay for remaining 2 months. Ohh!!!... Again repeated the same... No updates no followup and no response. Now this 12th june 2017 i am keep on calling the guys but no response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
