Excitel — Low Internet Speed

I was using excitel broadband Internet from June-2022.I paid 2400 rupees for 4 months Internet plan of 100 Mbps speed.They also took 2000 rupees extra for providing a router.But they are not giving Internet speed of 100 Mbps.I am only getting Internet speed of 20 to 30 Mbps.Very slow speed every time buffering.I have complained to excitel customer care Many time, but they call and said that problem resolved but I am not getting any resolution.They are not able to solve my problem nor they are refunding my full money of Rs.4400. They are doing fraud, what is this.If your cant provide promised Internet speed, then why taking payments from customer and running fraud Internet scheme. i have attach the complain screenshot also.

I request you kindly take action against the Excitel.
