Excitel — Mis-selling by Excitel Request for Disconnection and Refund

I would like to file a complaint against Excitel Broadband for providing misleading information and poor service.

Before installation, I clearly asked their customer care whether TV channels would work with the WiFi connection. I was informed that both TV channels and OTT services would work. Based on this information, I agreed to proceed.

During installation, the technician installed the connection without properly informing me about any compatibility issues. I repeatedly asked him whether TV channels would work, but he did not give a clear answer. After completing the installation and taking full payment of ?7774, he informed me that TV channels would not work because my TV is not a smart TV, and that I would need an additional device (stick) for OTT services.

This information was never shared with me before installation or payment. The amount I paid also included TV services, which I am unable to use. If I had been informed earlier, I would not have opted for this service.

Additionally, the internet is not working properly, and I am not satisfied with the service. After installation, the sales representative is not answering my calls, and there is no proper response from customer support even after raising a complaint on their app.

I do not want this connection anymore. I request you to disconnect the service, take back your equipment, and provide a full refund of ?7774, as this issue has occurred due to the company’s fault and lack of proper communication.

This is a clear case of mis-selling and deficiency in service.

Kindly resolve this issue urgently, otherwise I will escalate this matter further.

It has been 2 days since installation and the service is extremely poor. Now the internet is not working at all. This is completely unacceptable. I was also misinformed at the time of installation. I want immediate disconnection and full refund. Please resolve this urgently.
Service provider Excitel ne 361 days prepaid plan diya hai. Installation ke time mujhe proper information nahi di gayi aur service bhi expected tarike se usable nahi hai.

Ab company refund deny kar rahi hai sirf prepaid hone ke naam par, jabki service misleading information ke basis par sell ki gayi thi.

Main request karti hoon ki is case ko escalate karke refund dilaya jaye.
I am extremely distressed and frustrated with the lack of response from the company.
It has been almost a week since I have been continuously raising complaints and sending emails, but there has been no proper response or resolution from their side. My internet is still not working, and no technician has been assigned or visited yet.
There is absolutely no support from the company, and no one is listening to the issue. This is causing serious inconvenience.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and take strict action against the company. Please help me get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
