I have been facing the same issue for past several months. I tried to solve the issue through all the means provided by the company for customer services but no revert from their end. AI reverts on email, no answer to chat messages. All customer executives repeat the same script but till date I haven't got resolution for my connection. Daily I face issue with my connection. I have tried all fixers all solutions as per the support. I want the company to install fresh line for me as I requested the same on several calls and mails or refund my pack so that I can go with some other broadband company.
