I recharged my Excitel broadband on 22nd Nov 2021 and my service has not been resumed yet.
Nor anyone from Excitel has contacted me regarding this issue despite several calls and email complaint.
I asked for refund today and this has been denied by Excitel.
I work in a private company (work from home) and missing on my deliverables which is causing a job risk for me.
Please help.
