Excitel — no consumer support

Hi,

I am varun kaushik native of gurugram district of haryana. I am using an excitel connection named as real time binge with 59mbps plan. I have purchased it for annual plan and have paid full payment on 20 march 2020. It worked for about a month and now it is not working since 26 april. I tried calling them and raised a request but none of them answered or got it resolved.
It is still pending for so many days and no one is bothered to help me. I am working from home and now it has impacted my work for last 9 days. Each day cost me around 100$.

I would like to request and want to complain against excitel. It has tortured me both financially and mentally.
