I had registered for a broadband connection on November 14. Till date installation has not been done. The ASP says the local wiring has been damaged due to diwali firecrackers. This guy was begging me to buy a connection but when it came to installation, this guy has been ignorant. My username is [protected]. Third class service. The customer care support does not know anything and only give false promises. I want a full refund of the entire amount paid on registration.
