I am not getting any internet connectivity for 4 days despite calling everyday and complaining online, no one is replying on my active tickets. They have told me they issued the problem to the ground team but no one has come. I am trying to terminate my connection but they are not doing that also, saying just wait for sometime someone will assist you which is not happening. Worst service I have ever experienced. Just because I have a recharge of 90 days, they are not listening to customers, don't even value their money. I have local operater of my area Poonam but she just hung up the call saying call customer care, she is not ready to send any ground team. Provide my refund for the 68days left of my billing cycle and my security money and terminate my connection. I don't need this pathetic service and customer care service.
