Every week there is no connectivity. Ground team time is 10am-6pm so if you are working so forget it. They will make you wait for whole week. They dont even refund the security deposit. From last 2 years we have been facing issue every week. They dont change the router as well. Customer support lies that we are sending ground team but no one comes. I have even spent whole week waiting for ground team to come & fix the issue. I have images of all tickets raised till date. They themselves close the tickets & harass customers.
