Excitel — No internet or slow internet | |||||
I have been using Excitel for more than 2 months now. I work and hence only use internet either after 7 in the evening or on weekends and still whenever I shift from my data to the excitel internet connection, it is either not working or is too slow. I get half the speed or sometimes even lesser of my plan. I have made many complaints but the problem only gets solved(if it gets solved) for few hours. The last time I complained (day before yesterday), they told me that I will get the promised speed before 1 PM yesterday and even said that I will get my money refunded if the problem doesn't get solved by that time. I checked the Internet speed today (24 hours after the promised time), and I am still getting half of speed of my plan. On complaining, they keep saying to re-check the speed and doesn't easily agree to check the problem. I am fed up with services of Excitel. Was this information helpful? | |||||
